You can take antacids like Tums, Mylanta, Maalox, and others.

4. Hydrocortisone Cream

If you are having any sort of rashes or other forms of skin irritations, you also need to stock up on some creams that can be helpful. Hydrocortisone is a cream that can assist you when you are dealing with swelling, itching, irritation, and any other issues. 

You won’t have to worry about these creams harming your baby or creating any sort of adverse effects.
