5. Alphabet Workout

Alright, guys and gals. To finish this list, we want to give you an at-home workout that you can try today! It won’t cost you anything and you can push yourself to new heights.
It’s called the alphabet workout, and it got extremely popular during the 2020 quarantine. Essentially, you list each letter of the alphabet on a piece of paper, then associate an exercise with it. For example, you could put:
- A= 50 Jumping Jacks
- B= 25 Squats
- C= 30 Crunches
You get the idea. Try to mix up the exercises you put on your list. You can use the same exercise for different letters, but change the number of reps. Also, try to avoid using the same workouts for A, E, I, O, and U, as those are commonly used in many works.
